The Gymleco Hacklift machine, also called a Hacksquat, saves space without compromising on functionality. When doing hack squat exercise you activate your quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and glutes. The muscles can respond to the weight quickly by building legs stronger. The angle has you in a standing position, safely supporting the weight while you rely on your legs to drive the movement. Training with this Gymleco machine feels smooth and ergonomic during the whole movement path. This enables you to load up heavy weight without experiencing discomfort in knees and hips.
This machine has the same open, tasteful design with the same smooth movement design as our Plate Loaded Leg Press. These two machines together saves an incredible amount of space at your gym and looks incredible next to eachother.
