1. Which payment methods you accept?
We accept payment via Bank Transfer and via PayPal.

2. Do prices on the website include VAT?
Price in the website is without VAT.
– If you have company VAT code in your country, you can purchase your order without VAT (VAT 0%).
– If your delivery address is outside the EU, you can purchase your order without VAT (VAT 0%).

3. Does your company deliver gym equipment to other countries?
Yes, we deliver Worldwide. Please contact us for more information.

4. What is the delivery cost?
The delivery cost is calculated for each order individually. The shipping cost depends on the size of your order and delivery address.

5. How long is the production process?
The length of the production process depends on the size of your order. Usually, it takes around 6-10 weeks.

6. Can I have an invoice for my purchase?
Yes, the invoice is issued.

7. Can you offer a custom gym equipment model, which is not in your store’s catalogue?
Yes, please email us – info@gymequip.eu for individual order details and issues.

8. When the machines are delivered, are they assembled?
All machines was pre-assembled for testing and disassembled for shipping. So you can get the Machines through standardized doors and to assemble them easily.
*According to your request we can deliver equipment fully assembled.

9. What is the return period and process?
You can within 14 days from receiving goods to return your goods to us for a refund.
9.1. Equipment must be not damaged and well packed on the pallet.
9.2. The buyer is responsible for the transportation costs, required to return the goods.
3. If you have had any customization to your order (custom made dimensions, custom made colors or etc.), a return for a refund will not be possible.
